Dedicated Manufacturing Manager

We allocate you a dedicated Manufacturing Manager, to personally oversee your project from start to finish. They act as your direct point of contact, liaising between you and our relevant manufacturing facilities to ensure smooth communication and a seamless process. With this hands-on approach, we're available to answer any questions along the way, offering expert guidance and managing every detail of production, so you can feel confident knowing your project is in capable hands.

01. Idea

We start by taking on board your product idea, reviewing the specifications and understanding your expectations for the end deliverable. This is followed by an internal review before we designate a suitable manufacturing partner, ensuring a key balance between suitability and price point.

02. Setup

Briefing the designated factory on our expectations, critical specifications and timelines is an essential early step in the process. Your dedicated manufacturing manager will ensure this is undertaken as part of the early setup, along with overseeing preparation of any specific machinery, tooling or jigs that may be necessary for the mass production phase, depending on your project.

03. Production

Once the factory is fully set up and we are happy that everything is in place to produce quality product, the mass production orders can begin. We undertake a meticulous sampling phase and obtain a sign-off record from all involved parties, prior to any mass production order. Our broad network of trusted suppliers means we have capacity to produce ranging volumes of product depending on your needs, whether it be 1000 or 1,000,000 units.

04. Quality Control

Quality Control is an essential part of our high-quality service, where our dedicated in-house team can bring real added value to your products success. Regular on-site visits take place during the production process to undertake quality control checks and ensure ISO:9001 quality management standards are being adhered to. Prior to goods dispatch, all production orders must pass a pre-agreed quality control inspection, ensuring all parties have confidence in the batch before it leaves the factory.

05. Packing

Product packing can often be an undervalued aspect of mass manufacture, leading to frustrating delays and unnecessary costs. Our many years of experience gives us great insight to help advise clients and arrange packing methods and materials, to best protect production orders during transit and maximise volume within transit carriers to be as cost effective as possible.

06. Delivery

Utilising our network of trusted global freight forwarders and logistics partners, we can maximise value for money when it comes to delivery and import of production orders. We have access to all typical freight options to best suit your requirements, whether it be sea freight, air freight or road freight. Our dedicated team will manage the door-to-door delivery of your goods to a chosen destination, overseeing all customs declarations and import requirements on your behalf.
