Something new you’ve learned in the past month?
The difference between crank-drive and hub drive e-bikes as this will be my next purchase. Crank drive is when you engage the motor through the pedals directly and makes pedalling easier as you don't have to exert as much of your own energy to pedal.
Hub drive have the motor connected to the hub of the back of the wheel rather than the pedal gear, the power of the motor is applied directly to the wheel itself, causing it to spin faster.
What do you do when you’re not at work?
Yoga/stretch, cycling, walking Mocha the dog and a lot of cooking.
What I’ve learned during lockdown?
How to relax and unwind and to do more of the things you love and enjoy. We often forget to focus on one of the simplest of activities available to us - our breath.
